Jason is the Co-founder of Elite HRV, the Heart Rate Variability platform used by Olympians, doctors, and over 70,000 health and performance seekers. He has been researching and using HRV technology for about 5 years and actively collaborates with researchers, coaches, doctors, athletes, and health enthusiasts to enhance his knowledge of the science and many applications of Heart Rate Variability. Jason has also personally helped thousands of people and hundreds of organizations implement Heart Rate Variability into their life or practice. Prior to founding Elite HRV, Jason designed and implemented large scale information systems for the Oil & Gas Industry with a focus was on making complex data actionable and useful; his success led him to travel the globe speaking about and implementing his solutions. During this time, Jason was also a coach and personal trainer for health, fitness and sports. He truly enjoys teaching others how to improve their health and performance and be their best possible self. Jason has a BA in Information Systems and Operations from Texas A&M University.
Greg Elliott, M.S., CEP
Founder G-Tech Health and Performance, Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Greg is a clinical exercise physiologist and movement coach, who has worked with various hospitals, universities, clinics and gym’s in Canada and the US. He has been researching and using Heart Rate Variability for about 3 years and heavily uses HRV technology with his clients. He completed his Master’s of Science in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he attended on a basketball scholarship. Greg is passionate about teaching and learning about latest improvements in the field of exercise science, rehabilitation and manual therapy. Greg continuously works with individuals at all physical levels, from people suffering from various chronic diseases and illnesses, to professional athletes. He is currently working on the 2nd year of his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) from the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice (CSO) in Vancouver.
