Why HRVcourse.com?

With the growing number of HRV research studies and high-profile athletes using HRV to gain an edge, Heart Rate Variability has received a lot of attention in recent years. It is great that more people are discovering and using this powerful tool, but as with any rapidly growing area of research, there can be a lot of misinformation, false promises, and incomplete recommendations for how to use HRV correctly.

HRVcourse.com was created to offer a central location for educational material on Heart Rate Variability. We want to help you truly understand the biological science behind HRV, what different HRV values mean, how HRV is tied to health and performance, and how to effectively apply it.
